Jessica Lipps is a new mum, doctoral student, and writer who believes life is worth examining and its wounds worth healing from, especially through courageously exploring its emotional, somatic, and spiritual facets, hand-in-hand with Christ. She has over thirteen years experience in personal and silent retreats and over thirty years experience in the somatic realm via martial arts, dance, movement practices, and healing art forms. Jessie is beginning to facilitate group retreats and is available to speak on lament and joy, stemming from her own life and spiritual theology. Anticipating the completion of her first book on joy later this year, she appreciates spending time with her husband, little babe, and family & friends in person (preferably over a lovely walk or spot of tea). She holds degrees in education (BA; Trinity International University) and theology (MA; Regent College).
